IANR leadership conducts an annual audit of its physical facilities to ensure efficient use of space and the degree to which our spaces and facilities promote inclusion and accessibility. Examples include:
- Renovations to restrooms to include changing tables and other relevant facilities.
- Creation of gender-neutral restrooms.
- Creation of lactation rooms.
