IANR recognizes that collaboration and partnership accelerates advancements toward equity, access, inclusion and belonging. Administrators, faculty, staff and students collaborate and partner with other groups and individuals who are working in the space.
- The Associate Vice Chancellor for Faculty and Academic Leader Success serves on the Diversity Officers Collaborative, a group organized through the Office of the President of University of Nebraska system. He also serves on the Vice Chancellor for Diversity and Inclusion’s Diversity Engagement Team.
- IANR and each college and division have a member of their administrative team who serves on the university’s Council on Inclusive Excellence and Diversity, a group that supports strategic planning efforts at the unit level and collaboration across units.
- IANR leads the coordination of inclusive excellence programming across colleges that have a physical presence on UNL’s East Campus.
