IANR Advisory Group for Inclusive Excellence

The IANR Leadership Team has organized a group of faculty, students, and staff to advise them on efforts to nurture a welcoming and inclusive environment within IANR.

The group has been charged to:

Explore the impact of policies, procedures, and practices on access to education and employment and on our ability to nurture a welcoming environment where everyone’s contributions are sought after, encouraged and valued.
Ensure that we are talking about, planning for and acting in ways that promote individual access and success, welcoming environments, and a sense of belonging for everyone associated with IANR.
Provide feedback on the strategic direction of IANR.
