We recognize that diversity and marginalization can be present at the same time, and that initiatives designed to address issues of diversity may not necessarily lead to increases in equity, inclusion and belongingness. Our activities are designed to address needs within each of these areas. The keys to success are intentionality, accountability, and reflective practice.
